A Brief History

Thirty years after he first traveled the Southeastern states with a few, small fabric lines, Jerry Pair is now recognized internationally for the high quality and sophistication of his showrooms.

And though the company bearing his name has enjoyed tremendous growth, the philosophy on which it was built remains the same: offer only the most sophisticated, superior and luxurious products available to the trade.

Jerry Pair's continued success relies on delivering that standard every day.

Jerry Pair and long-time partner Mavis Cahoon began their fledgling company in 1970. Business grew rapidly and they opened the first Jerry Pair Showroom in Atlanta later that same year.

The Showroom was so well received that the partners soon decided to expand their market to the Design District in Miami.

Ten years ago, after consistently reinforcing its image of unequaled elegance and quality, Jerry Pair became the anchor showroom in the Design Center of the Americas’ second building in Dania Florida. The showroom is a welcome resource for designers and architects in Florida and throughout South America.

The Atlanta Showroom also serves as a cornerstone of the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC), one of America’s most professional Design centers.
